$372 Down the Drain: My Nightmare with Scratched Glasses & A Useless Bot 🤖
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was a complete disaster, and I want to save others the headache. I've been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. I never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, which I never received! After finally getting through, they sent the wrong information for the return. This level of ineptitude forced me to get on the phone to demand a resolution.
Customer: I have been trying for two days to speak to a person! I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched, and your useless bot keeps failing to send my return label.
CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear about the scratches and the immense frustration with our system. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Let me personally handle this for you right now. Can I have your order number?
Customer: It's XZ-12345. And to top it off, after I finally got some instructions, they were the WRONG ones! This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
CS Rep: I see your order, and I sincerely apologize for the incorrect information. There's no excuse for that. I am emailing you the correct, prepaid return label right now. I will also process a full refund the moment the tracking shows it has been shipped, you won't have to wait for it to reach our warehouse.
Customer: Fine. I see the email. Let’s just see if this actually works. This whole thing has been a nightmare.
