This company, which I've purchased from before, proved to be nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for "$19.95 next day delivery," which their site stated was "eligible for next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take "3 business days." This blatant misrepresentation and the subsequent inability to reach a human through automated lines or live chat filled me with pure frustration, forcing me to demand a refund.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, almost twenty dollars, and my order isn't next-day. It's a blatant rip-off. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I sincerely apologize for the delay and for the misleading information regarding your express shipping. Customer: Misleading? It's fraud! I tried calling and chatting, but it's all bots. I need that $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I hear you. I'm opening a request for a full refund of your express shipping fee right now.
