I'm writing this to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I did. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA. My order number is #105081183 if an actual person sees this. After weeks of dealing with automated responses and getting nowhere, I felt I had no choice but to try and reach a live person and share my story.
