I want to share my terrible online shopping experience as a warning. After spending a significant amount of money, I received a faulty product and was then led on a wild goose chase by customer service. After finally talking to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return. It was ineptitude at its finest. I had been trying for two days just to talk to a human to fix the issue of my scratched glasses, with no luck. The automated bot was useless, just sending a return label to my email that I never received. This infuriating process is what forced me to get someone on the phone and to write this review.
Customer: After two days of fighting your useless bot for a return label that never came, I finally get a person, and you send me the WRONG return information! What is wrong with your company?
CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry, sir. That is completely unacceptable. To receive a damaged product and then have such a frustrating support experience is not the standard we aim for. Let me personally fix this for you right now.
Customer: You better. I spent $372 on these scratched glasses. This is beyond ridiculous. If this isn't resolved today, I'm contacting my lawyers.
